Hope you are enjoying your summer. It is going by quickly for us, for sure. But it has been a pleasant one too.
As of August 24th, we are out of Chicken, but have plenty of fresh eggs. We are currently incubating some new birds, so it will be several months before they are ready. We had a great number of our hens 'disappear'. We believe they succumbed to a predator while we were away with our boys to a National BB Gun Shooting Match. One of the prices we pay for letting them roam free and for being parents to some awesome kids.
We thank everyone who has supported our family by trying our poultry, eggs, and vegetables.
